OPTIMALISASI REKRUTMEN TENAGA KERJA PT. NUR HARAMAIN MULIA

Abstract


The objectives of this study are as follows: First, as a form of learning in recruiting employees or labor with maximum results and commitment to their work. Second, to determine the labor recruitment process at PT. Nur Haramain. Third, to determine the effect of recruitment on PT. Nur Haramain. This research uses a qualitative approach and includes case study research, so the results of this study are descriptive analysis in the form of written or spoken words of the observed behavior, especially related to how to optimize recruitment at PT. Nur Haramain Mulia. The research data was collected either through data collection instruments, observation, interviews or through documentation data. The results showed that in labor recruitment, it is not just recruiting or attracting people to work in a job or company, PT. Nur Haramain Mulia has a way of optimizing labor recruitment for the purpose of getting the expected employees. In the recruitment process there is also no cooperation between participants and examiners, because if in a recruitment there is cooperation between the two parties it will hinder the progress of the company
